📅 8-Day Itinerary (From Santiago)
DAY 1: Santiago → Termas del Plomo or Colina
4x4 drive through Maipo Canyon, soak in hot springs (2,800m).
DAY 2-3: Approach to base camp
River crossing and rocky trail hike
DAY 4-5: Marmolejo Base Camp
Acclimatization break (3,240m)
DAY 6-7: Summit Push
North Ridge Route: Mixed snow/rock, 45° slopes, crevasse zones.
Summit Bonus: Views of Tupungato & Aconcagua on clear days.
DAY 8: Return
From base camp, we’ll head right back to Santiago. On this day we’ll finish the expedition.
